    <summary type="html">Open the doc before you "shut down"&#xD;
then instead of "shutting down",&#xD;
Put the computer in hibernate or stand-by mode&#xD;
&#xD;
This is the easiest way.&#xD;
&#xD;
If you want to get fancy, you can put a shortcut &#xD;
to word and a copy of the file &#xD;
in your startup folder.&#xD;
But this takes tweaking, and I'm too sleepy right now to &#xD;
go thru the steps.&#xD;
